Katie brings 5 years of experience starting in Fort Worth at John Peter Smith Hospital with a focus in trauma and critical care and continued in a critical care setting at Presbyterian Hospital of Denton. Katie resides in south Denton and enjoys reading, jogging, hiking, snowboarding, watching movies and spending time with her family. Katie has a passion for healthy living, nutrition, and exercise. She enjoys helping people and creates dynamic partnerships that can help them achieve a satisfying and healthy lifestyle. She understands making the changes that result in continuing and long-term health benefits require long-term support. Katie has a great appreciation and understands the role nutrition and exercise play in the state and progression of disease as well as the factors that support or hinder health behavior changes.
