Caring about people and desiring to help them achieve optimal health and wellness goals is what led Kaitlyn to work as a registered nurse for eight years, followed by obtaining her nurse practitioner license in 2021. Working collaboratively with patients to create a plan of care that is desirable, achievable, and beneficial to their overall health has always been Kaitlyn’s primary goal in healthcare. Growing up in northern Wisconsin, where she now resides with her husband and two daughters, Kaitlyn feels blessed to be able to create relationships with and improve the health of the people who make the surrounding communities so special.

Courtney Ballina, DNP is a Doctor of Nurse Practice. She embodies the accepting, supporting and accessible foundations of what the nursing profession is. Through her experience she has come to provide care for many employers, families and individuals in her community, a community in which she resides and supports as a mother of 4.
