As a native of North Texas, Dr. Cody Mihills graduated L.D. Bell High School and went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University in College Station. He attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and did his residency with The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at McLennan County Medical Education and Research Foundation in Waco. Dr. Mihills was named chief resident for his final year there.
Dr. Mihills is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine and holds current licensure in Texas and Louisiana. His medical interests include preventative care, chronic disease management, office procedures, and clinical trials.
Dr. Mihills deeply believes in giving back to the community and the world. Locally, he has served as a volunteer physician for Carroll Independent School Districtās Medical Academy since 2004. Globally, he has been on seven medical mission trips to help the needy in Nicaragua, Kenya and Peru.
Dr. Mihills and his wife Cayce enjoy spending time with their growing family, travel, and community involvement. Dr. Mihills looks forward to enriching the lives of his patients with health and wellbeing.
