John Robert Guerra, D.O. is a board certified obstetrician gynecologist.
He graduated from University of Texas Pan American with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and received his medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, North Texas State University, in 1985.
He completed his internship and residency at Phoenix General Hospital and Medical Center Deer Valley in Phoenix, Az.
He opened his medical practice in Phoenix in 1991until 1996 when he relocated to Texas.
He currently serves women of the Rio Grande Valley at Woman’s Place at the Lakes in McAllen, TX.
Dr. Guerra is a pro-life physician and is trained in the Billings Natural Family Planning (NFP) method. He is a member of Our Lady of San Juan del Valle Catholic Medical Guild. Dr. Guerra views life as a gift and fertility and pregnancy as healthy blessings.
