Dr. Carter attended The University of Texas in Austin where he received his undergraduate degree in biology and psychology. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston with his MD and a masters degree in renal and cardiovascular physiology. Well into a residency in Internal Medicine, his first child was born. This life changing experience prompted him to start residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology the following year. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. For the last decade he has been voted by his peers as one of the best doctors in Dallas, in Texas, and in the United States. As a portion of his patient population has matured, he has become increasingly more involved in general women””s wellness care and in the developing field of menopausal medicine involving the careful administration of bio identical hormones.

Dr. Hays grew up locally in Plano, Texas.
She received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M in Biochemistry.
She went to medical school at Texas A&M Heath Science Center. She completed her residency in Ob/Gyn at Baylor University Medical Center where she received the Joseph Warren award for leadership and balance.
She has been in private practice in obstetrics and gynecology for fifteen years now at Baylor in Dallas.

Dr. Lauren Dew attended Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan where she received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and graduated with honors.
Dr. Dew then went on to study medicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan.
She moved to Dallas to complete her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center.
During her residency she received the Resident Teaching Award and Academic Achievement Award, and was selected to be Chief Resident during her fourth year.
Dr. Dewās love for Texas grew and she now lives and practices full-time in downtown Dallas.
She has a passion for maintaining the health of women throughout adult life and providing individualized preventative health care measures.
