Dr. Scarborough is a native Texan who received his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University, College Station, and earned his medical degree at University of Texas. He completed a residency at Southwest Memorial Hospital, Houston in 1992. Dr. Scarborough moved to Conroe in 1993 to join the
Sadler Clinic. After 25 years in practice, Dr. Scarborough is now deeply tied to his community and is proud to offer the best in medical care through his private practice.

Larissa Eisenmenger, FNP-BC is a native Texan who graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University. After years of practicing as a nurse, Larissa obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing and Post Master in ER/Trauma from The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.
Medicine and science has always been a passion of hers. With a grandmother as a nurse, she was introduced to medicine early on and worked her way up as she learned the many aspects of healthcare.
As a family nurse practitioner, Larissa is dedicated to building a trusting relationship between the patient and provider. She wants to provide her patients with the support and knowledge to take an active role in their health and enjoys learning from them everyday.
Larissa is the mother of a beautiful daughter, Breeley. When not busy, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, and going to the lake or beach.
