Dr. Cook moved to the HEB area in 1982 after completing medical school and residency in family medicine. He is married and has 4 children.

Dr. Cook is a FAA Senior Aviation Examiner. He has special training in aviation medicine and performs pilot medical exams.

Dr. Cook donates his time at the GRACE clinic and was the volunteer of the year for 2012. Dr. Cook enjoys teaching medical students and is an associate professor of Family Medicine at UNT/TCOM in Fort Worth and the University of Texas at Galveston Medical School.

Sara Saginaw, DO

Dr. Saginaw is a Texas native, originally from Dallas.

She moved to Fort Worth for medical school and residency and has made it her home.

She is an associate professor with the University of North Texas Health Science Center and enjoys mentoring medical students

She has also been affiliated with the residency program at Weatherford Regional Hospital and mentors medical interns. Dr. Saginaw focuses on preventative care with a goal of keeping patients healthy and having the highest quality of life possible.

She enjoys taking care of children, women’s care, skin care, and weight loss.
