REBEKAH BHANSALI, CNM,MSN

Rebekah grew up in southern Oklahoma and currently resides in Dallas with her husband and son. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree at Oklahoma State University (OSU) in Human Development and Family Services. She continued her education with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Baylor University, and a Master’s of Science in Nursing (Certified Nurse Midwife) at Frontier Nursing University. During her time at OSU, Rebekah had the opportunity to travel to India for a maternal health internship focused on improving maternal mortality. This cultivated and continues to influence her desire to contribute to the improvement of women’s health here in the United States and abroad. While at Frontier Nursing University, she completed a semester of student-midwife training here at Allen Birthing Center. She spent time in clinic with both prenatal and well-woman clients, attended births, and assisted in postpartum recoveries. It was a great experience for everyone involved, and we are excited to have her as a permanent member of the staff.

KRISTEN CONROY, CNM, MS

Kristen graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1994. She has been serving families at Allen Birthing Center since 2009. In 2014, Kristen earned her Master of Science in Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University and joined Allen Birthing Center as a Certified Nurse-Midwife. She lives in Allen with her husband, Jeff. Her daughter, Katie, recently graduated from Ohio State University, and her son, Michael, is currently attending the University of Texas at Dallas.
