Board Certified Gynecologist Dr. Khadija Dugan is passionate about assisting her patients with improving their lives by regaining and maintaining their youth and beauty both inside and out. Dr. Dugan’s specialized skills include bioidentical hormone replacement with bioTE, gynecology, aesthetic vaginal surgery, vaginal rejuvenation, surgical and non-surgical fat reduction, skin tightening, abdominoplasty, medically supervised weight loss, facial rejuvenation with radio frequency and laser, as well as injectable treatments. After meeting individually with a patient to discuss concerns, expectations and desired outcomes, she is able to recommend the best options, based on the patient’s specific case.

On a personal note, Dr. Dugan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Hampton University in Hampton, VA. She attended medical school at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Camden, NJ. She is a native of Philadelphia, PA, and has settled in Maryland after completing her residency training at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. Dr. Dugan is a wife and mother of two, her daughter London, and her four legged puppy Lily. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as travelling the world, especially on cruise ships.
