Kristal L. Wilson, MD was born and lives in Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY. She received her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Louisville College of Medicine as well as completed a residency in Anesthesiology and Perioperative medicine. She received her Fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Wilson believes staying up to date with new and emerging research is key to providing the highest quality of care to her patients. "I love the variety of my work, the personal interactions with patients and the procedural aspect."
Her personal interests include spending time with her three daughters, swimming, camping, and traveling to new places.
Dr. Bill Haney is an interventional pain physician with Pain Management Centers of America. If approved, he will be the Medical Director of Pain Care Surgery of Louisville. In reference to past history, Dr. Bill Haney was the founder, owner, and medical director of East Louisville Interventional Pain Specialists (ELIPS) in Louisville, a pain management facility certified by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure. Dr. Haney has practiced in the Louisville community for 31 years and is Board Certified in Anesthesiology. He has served as Chief of Anesthesiology, Medical Director of Anesthesiology, Medical Staff President and Medical Director at Norton Suburban Hospital, Louisville, KY. He has also served as Medical Director of a CRNA training program. Dr Haney was the first Louisville, KY certified BioTE provider and is a teaching proctor for BioTE.
Dr. Haney holds subspecialty board certification with the American Board of Pain Medicine, American Board of lnterventional Pain Physicians, and is a Fellow of lnterventional Pain Physicians with the World Institute of Pain. He is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Indiana.
A Kentucky native, Dr. Haney graduated Summa Cum Laude from Morehead State University. He completed his medical education and his anesthesiology residency after serving as Chief Resident in Anesthesiology at the University of Louisville. Dr. Haney has served as the Vice President of the Kentucky Society of lnterventional Pain Physicians, and has served as Secretary and on the Political Action Committee with the American Society of lnterventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Haney is married to his high school sweetheart, Sheila, and they have 3 children, Mitzi, Benjamin and Sarah.
Mr. Mullins was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in Internal Medicine and several years of experience in Interventional Pain Management. He completed his undergraduate bachelorās degree from the University of Louisville and went on to pursue his graduate degree at Bellarmine University. He has trained multiple Nurse Practitioners in the field of Pain Management, mentors nursing students, and participates in the Bellarmine Nursing Mentor Program. Mr. Mullins is a certified BioTE provider with multiple years of experience in the field of hormone management. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and kayaking on the Ohio River.
