Teri is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who graduated from Purdue University with honors in 2001.

She has a rich background in women’s health, emergency medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, vascular medicine, and urgent care. Teri has a passion for anti-aging, functional medicine, aesthetics, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.

Teri is certified through BioTe Medical to provide bioidentical hormone replacement for women and men.

She is certified in botulinum toxins and dermal fillers through Aesthetic Medical Educators.

Teri is completing her functional medicine courses and is excited to partner with you to provide lasting wellness by finding the root cause of your symptoms. She also provides weight loss education and support.
