Betsy Horton, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Alpha Internal Medicine in Fayetteville, Georgia. Dr. Horton grew up in Fayetteville and has been providing patient-centered medical care with a focus on wellness and prevention since 1998. Melinda Chavis, NP-C

Melinda Chavis is a Certified Nurse Practitioner. She is a 1991 Graduate of the University of South Carolina where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Nursing. She obtained her Masters’ degree in Nursing in 2012 from Georgia State University. Her interests include gardening, Dachshund rescue, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Melinda enjoys educating her patients and empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
