Dr. Kotelko received his Medical Degree in 1976, at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. He completed an internship in Michigan, followed by a residency in Anesthesiology at Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, Canada. He proceeded to specialize in obstetric anesthesia and completed his Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco.
He is Board certified in Anesthesiology both in the US and Canada.
Dr. Kotelko went on to work at Cedars-Sinai
Medical Center in Los Angeles from 1984 to 1994. He was the Clinical Research Director in a very busy labor and delivery unit. He went on to author over 30 articles in text books and peer- reviewed journals.
He moved to Denver in 1994, trading the surf for the mountains, and worked with Metro Denver Anesthesia until 2008, medically directing high risk OB anesthesia at Pres/St. Luke’s Medical Center.
In 2008, his medical career took a new direction as he became passionate about anti-aging, functional and regenerative medicine. He personally is on bio-identical hormone replacement, is gluten and dairy free, and he is a huge proponent of vitamin, mineral and amino acid supplementation.
He currently is the Medical Director for Biogenics MD, located in the Denver Tech Center, Greenwood Village, CO.
He is an active member of American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and Age Management Medical Group (AMMG) and Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM).
Dr. Dennis Kotelko actively helps men and women to heal themselves, to thrive and feel well.
