I was born and raised in Anchorage, Ak. I moved to Colorado in 2001. I earned my undergraduate degree at University of Alaska Anchorage and my Masters Degree at University of Colorado Denver. I been working as a women’s health nurse practitioner for the last 7 years. During this time I have really enjoyed caring for women at all stages of their lives and health. Along the way I have gone through a weight loss journey that has made me very passionate about helping others be successful in regaining their health and quality of life. I am so happy to have the opportunity to help people achieve their weight loss goals and to optimize their quality of life through hormone balance. I enjoy kickboxing, running obstacle races, leading fit camps, as well as camping, traveling and enjoying time with my husband, six children and my grandson.
