Amy Hantes, NP received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University in 1996.
She began her nursing career at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, where she developed an interest in women’s health.
In 2001, she completed her Master of Science and Nurse Practitioner degree from Texas Woman’s University. Amy has been practicing in the Rockwall area since 2001.
Amy is a member of the North Texas Nurse Practitioners Association, Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates, and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health.
OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY
Dr. Jones is a native of Southeast Texas. He received his BA from Baylor University in 1960 and his MD from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), Galveston, Texas in 1964. In 1965 he completed his OB/GYN internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. From 1965 to 1967 he completed his US Public Health Service at Pine Ridge Indian Hospital in Pine Ridge, South Dakota.
Dr. Jones returned to Texas and completed his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at John Sealy Hospital in Galveston, Texas in 1970. Dr. Jones was Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1972 and re-certified in 1981. He opened his private practice in 1970 and joined Advanced Women’s Healthcare in 2009.
Dr. Jones specializes in Women’s Health & Wellness, Bio-Identical Hormones, Treatment of Post-Menopausal Problems, Treatment of Female Sexual Problems, Bone Density Evaluations/Treatments, and Urogynecology. He is the recipient of several honors:

Dr. Rosemary Bates is a member of the American Medical Association and Dallas County Medical Society as wells as a Diplomat of the American College of Physicians.
